Legal Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Legal Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sharjah.
